Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, and reception area maintenance. Previous veterinary experience is preferred, but not required.
